" Are you fed up with looking at older style terraced houses offering the same style of accommodation with no parking and you are not excited by the smaller but more modern style of house, then this property could be the answer to your problems. Built in the 1930's and located in a favoured location and offering character, space and off road parking this house could just fit the bill. The current owner bought the property over 10 years ago for the very reasons mentioned above with a view to keeping a foot on the property ladder whilst working abroad. They have rented out the house ever since and have never had a problem finding a tenant. The garden which extends approximately 100' is something special in this price range and the off road parking at the front of the house is certainly a massive advantage for first time buyers and investors alike. When you walk into the property you will find two reception rooms ideal for everyday living or entertaining and two double bedrooms to put up your guests or for a young family. If the house itself is not the deciding factor then consider its convenience, it is within walking distance of the town centre and mainline railway station and local shops and primary schools are on your doorstep.

What the Owner says:

When we were looking for property over ten years ago we were specific on what we required and resided there happily for one year before deciding to work abroad, and, although we were not living in the house, we retained it for ten years in the knowledge that if we returned we were sure to be happy in our chosen property. This house certainly met all of our expectations within our price range, we liked the location being a no through road and close enough to town and the railway station to be within walking distance. Having off road parking was a big bonus and we have also found the under house store room at the rear to be very useful. Since owning the house we have refitted the kitchen and bathroom.
