" THE PROPERTY: This beautifully presented end terraced victorian house is situated less than a mile from Sittingbourne Town Centre and mainline railway station and is a similar distance from the A249 which gives direct access to the M2/M20 motorway connections and Maidstone Town Centre. The house itself has been the subject of considerable improvement works by the present owners which include a new fitted kitchen and bathroom and tasteful redecoration in a contemporary style. There is the benefit of a gas fired central heating system via radiators and replacement double glazed window units but the property has the particularly appealing feature of having three separate bedrooms all situated off of the landing. This deceptively spacious family home really must be viewed internally to fully appreciate the extent of the accommodation offered and to realise what excellent value for money the house provides.
