" Set in a quiet cul de sac is this extremely well presented two bedroom semi detached home.

The first thing I`m sure you will notice when you pull up to the property is the amount of parking it offers for a home of this size......easily 4 or 5 cars !!

The double glazed front door opens into the porch offering somewhere to leave your hats and coats before entering into the hallway. The first room off the hallway is the modern fitted kitchen with plumbing for a washing and an integrated oven and hob as well as a range of wall mounted and base units offering plenty of storage options. To the rear you will find a good sized living room leading on to a brick built conservatory with under floor heating which the current owner uses as a dining room.

Moving up to the first floor the property has two double bedrooms and a stunning fully tiled family bathroom with a three piece suite including and overhead shower and shower screen.

Externally to the front as well as the parking is an attached garage. To the rear the garden is low maintenance as it is mainly paved with a brick built barbecue as well as deep borders.
