" This ground floor lifestyle apartment was built in 2005 and was bought from new by the present owner who moved to the development from out of the area. He was attracted initially by the value for money the property offered but when he viewed the apartment its size and layout made it a no brainer as it was actually larger than some houses he had previously viewed. The added bonus was the garage that came with this particular unit where other apartments had parking spaces so again the choice was made easy and the deal was sealed. Being on the ground floor makes this apartment ideal for young couples seeking their first purchase but could suit a retired couple looking to down size, or in this price range would make an excellent investment opportunity. If you are looking for your first purchase this apartment could be ideal as all floor coverings, curtains and blinds are included and there is an integrated fridge freezer, hob and oven in the well appointed kitchen which make this property exceptional value for money.

What the Owner says:

Since owning my apartment I have got married and now share the property with my wife and as our work and social life tends to be in and around the Medway towns we have decided to move in that direction. The layout of the apartment grabbed me initially as it had a bay window in the lounge which had great kerb appeal and there is a distinct dining area which was ideal for entertaining. The development is half a mile from the A249 which gives us easy access to the motorways and the Medway towns for our work and the entry phone system gives added security when we are out all day. We have priced the apartment to sell quickly.
