" Attention first time buyers and investors!! This is a three bedroom house situated to the south side of Sittingbourne which is offered at well below the stamp duty threshold for a quick sale. The current owners bought the property 9 years ago and were attracted by the value for money and size that it offered and the fact that it was within walking distance of the town centre and mainline railway station. the family sized accommodation meant they could start a family without moving straight away and the large rear garden would be ideal for children. The property is ideally situated for families being within walking distance of a selection of infant and primary schools and there is the convenience of local shops and take away food establishments close by for those last minute groceries or if you just don't fancy cooking!Having off road parking to the front of the house is a real feature and certainly adds to the attraction of the property especially in this price range.

When we were first looking for a property all we could afford were victorian terraced houses with no parking, so when this house became available we viewed it immediately. We loved the rear garden and having off road parking to the front was a real bonus. The three bedrooms meant we could start a family without worrying about moving and it was convenient for junior schools so I could leave the car at home.
