" Village life runs at an altogether slower pace. Everybody you bump into either at the shops or out and about seem that little bit jollier! Maybe its the quiet and laid back style of living which transmits this happiness - who knows?Burham offers great places to eat and drink, including the Toastmasters Pub or the Golden Eagle with its fantastic Indonesian cuisine. Families will be pleased to know there are 2 pre-school play groups and an infant and primary school. The house itself has been in the family for some time and the current owner has made some considerable improvements during her time."We renewed the boiler and the bathroom about 4 years ago and replaced the central heating system 4 months ago. We also landscaped the rear garden and added the driveway to name a few changes".The open plan kitchen/diner works really well. A superb room to hold dinner parties or keep a watchful eye over the children whilst preparing the evening meal. There will be no long winded chain worries either as this house is to be offered with' full vacant possession'.

What the Owner says:

I have lived in Haleys Place for almost 5 years now and it has actually been in my family for many years. The only reason I am selling is due to re-location to another part of the country. If I could, I would take the house with me!I have loved the light of the lounge and the space of the kitchen. Parking is not a problem as 4 cars actually fit on the drive as well as additional road parking. The garage is fantastic storage and would be great as an outhouse too. The neighbours are always helpful to each other. I have LOVED living in Burham as it’s such a quaint little village with fantastic walks and scenery. It’s ideal for someone who likes the countryside but doesn’t want to be too out of the way from a main town.
