" THE PROPERTY: This four bedroom 1930s style semi detached house situated on the popular City Way is, in our opinion, an ideal family home. The accommodation comprises of two separate reception rooms as well as a 15' plus modern kitchen/diner. This could enable you to have both a family area as well as second reception for the adults in the family, this is how the current owners use the space. We believe that families will also appreciate the two separate bathrooms with the shower room downstairs as well as a family bathroom upstairs.
