" THE PROPERTY: "The uniqueness, the features such as the spectacular entrance hall, the fantastic sized rooms, the large rear garden and the super location here initially attracted me to this home thirty years ago" commented the current owner here. We feel this home will attract a spectrum of different buyers such as families and investors alike as there is, we feel so much on offer here. This home, located on City Way was built during the 1930's and is of a character style. The existing accommodation on offer comprises entrance porch, entrance hall with galleried landing, lounge, dining room, kitchen/diner plus a study/fourth bedroom on the ground floor, with a landing, three double bedrooms, bathroom and a separate WC on the first floor. Externally there is gated parking to the front for numerous vehicles plus a garage. To the rear there is a garden measuring approximately 183ft x 53ft. As it stands this home presents, in our opinion excellent sized family accommodation. However the rear garden we feel presents an excellent opportunity to extend on the existing accommodation, subject to the necessary planning being obtainable. So, if you are looking for a family home, your next project or a house in what we believe to be an excellent location then we urge you to come and see this. It is, we feel bursting with character and potential. Put it at the very top of your viewing list!
