" This house is priced to sell and it is likely to fly out of the door, so you'd better get in quick! It is in need of modernisation so will be very popular with first time buyers looking to put their own stamp on something or investors looking for their next project. There is some very good sized space downstairs for any potential buyer to spread out in, namely the lounge and the dining room, which are open plan. The bathroom is downstairs, meaning that there are 3 separate bedrooms upstairs. The number of bedrooms will be a major bonus if you have kids or like having guests coming over to stay. The location here will be very attractive to any commuter as it is only 0.3 miles from Rochester train station, meaning you may get a lay in, in the morning and get home earlier in the evening, leaving you more time to enjoy the pubs, restaurants, coffee shops along Rochester High Street.

What the Owner says:

I bought this house 15/16 years ago as I really liked the quiet cul-de-sac that it is on. It was very handy for me being here as at the time I did not have a car. I could easily walk to my daughters school on Delce Road, walk to the shops on the High Street or walk to the train station, hop on a train and see my friends in London. I like Rochester as it has such a great atmosphere. This house has got a lot of space. It's a lot bigger that you would think from looking at it from the front. The house does now need re-modernisation and I'm afraid my DIY skills are not up to scratch! A new owner will be able to make this into an amazing place!
