" When you are looking at houses do you ever imagine the kind of lifestyle that you might be able to lead in them? It's definitely worth taking a few moments to consider the lifestyle you might have in this one. It's ideal for family life. So picture this! Wake up in the morning in your master bedroom on the top floor. You can get ready for work in your own en-suite while the kids use the family bathroom or even the other en-suite on the first floor. No queues for the bathroom! The kitchen here really is the heart of the home and it is likely your family life will revolve round it. There is a semi-circle island where you can cook up breakfast and also use as a breakfast bar. With two built-in ovens, it really is a cooks delight, ideal for inviting family and friends over. There are bi-folding doors from the kitchen leading out onto the garden, meaning you can open up the whole kitchen into the garden. Perfect for summer get togethers. City Way is popular as many of the houses have excellent size rear gardens and this house is no exception. Ideal for a game of football, cricket or just enjoying the sunshine. All your laundry, pets stuff and so on can be kept in the utility room. Relax in the lounge at the end of the evening and you can use the formal dining area for all your posh meals.
Being able to watch TV in the bath has got to be a great lifestyle point for a lot of people and the fact you have your own driveway meaning no parking hassles will also appeal.

What the Owner says:

Over the last 2 years we have extended and refurbished this house. It is now a fantastic family home with all the mod cons. The extension at the side and rear created a huge kitchen/breakfast room which has bi-folding doors leading out onto the garden. It's like the inside is outside when they are open! The kitchen we fitted was worth £40,000 and has underfloor heating. it is an amazing room to be in. I also particularly liked the family bathroom that we replaced as it has a built-in TV which we can watch from the free standing bath. The shower also has a smart waterfall shower head so the shower turns on as you walk in!
