" If you are looking for a house with a 'new home' feel then you should, in our opinion, definitely view this! Located in what we believe to be the sought after City Way, with easy access to the M2 and M20, close to good local schools, both private and state and within three quarters of a mile of Rochester High Street with its general amenities and mainline station with fast links to St Pancras. This 1930's detached home has been subject to major renovations by the current owners including a loft conversion and rear extension, so it is, in our opinion, like a new house inside! The accommodation on offer includes entrance porch, entrance hall, WC, approximately 24' lounge overlooking decked area and rear garden, dining room/sitting room, fitted kitchen/diner and utility room on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms, dressing room, en-suite and family bathroom on the first floor (the dressing room could be used as a nursery). The second floor boasts the master bedroom and a further en-suite. Externally there is a garage and off road parking to the front with an approximately 150ft garden to the rear. This home really must be viewed internally to appreciate the size and quality of the accommodation on offer and it is being offered for sale with vacant possession.
