" A 1930s built, three bedroomed semi-detached property in a very popular and well established locality. The property is set in a large corner plot but it does require substantial refurbishment after structural investigation and possible stabilising. This is therefore a project for a homeowner to style a property to their own taste or, alternatively, an investor to buy and improve. Extended to the side and rear, the property comprises entrance porch, hall, two interconnecting reception rooms, extended breakfast kitchen, two double bedrooms and one single and a bathroom with separate wc.
