" Three bedroom semi detached property in a sought after location within walking distance of Prestwich village and in the catchment area for outstanding primary schools. The house is very well presented and would suit first time buyers and young families to move straight into.

This is a lovely property which is extremely well presented and has been decorated and finished to a high standard with lots of special finishing touches such as radiator covers to complete the look. The location and style of the house, along with the beautiful presentation means it will not be around for ling! Viewing is recommended.

To the front of the house is long drive for (tandem) parking and a lawned area with mature hedges and fencing. The property is entered by a generous hallway with wooden floors (continued throughout the open plan kitchen and dining area) and under stairs storage.
