" Wow.... An impressive period semi detached on Guest Road in Prestwich. We are thrilled to be instructed on this highly desirable five bedroom family house, properties of this style are extremely sought after and this is one of the largest on the road. Boasting five double bedrooms, two receptions and a simply huge dining kitchen, there are three additional cellar rooms which offer further potential. The property also benefits from two bathrooms and a downstairs WC. Set in a large plot with attractive gardens to the front, side and rear, a large driveway provides ample off road parking. Properties of this size and in this location do not come for sale very often!

What The Owner Says
'We have lived here for 19 years. It has been the home where we raised our children but now they have homes of their own it is time for us to move on. We have so many happy memories in this house. The kitchen has always been the heart of this house and has hosted many gatherings and celebrations over the years. We have always been lucky with the neighbours we have had and enjoyed street parties with them. When we are lucky enough to get the weather our very sunny garden is the perfect place for a BBQ. We are very fortunate with the convenience of its location to the shops, metro and motorway. I hope the new owners will be as happy here as we have been.'
