" This wonderful four bedroom semi detached has been fully refurbished and extended to provide spacious and flexible accommodation. High quality fixtures and fittings along with period features. Located with views of the Church and Heaton Park is on the doorstep. This house is not to be missed!

The house is located in a highly desirable part of Prestwich and the current owner has fully refurbished and extended the property to create a superb home. The property is accessed via a shared drive with a small, manageable front garden with established shrubbery. The hallway has fabulous feature tiling for a striking entry way. To the right of the hallway is the generously sized formal living room with a square bay window overlooking the Church and gardens. This room is very well presented, with high ceilings, cornicing and feature fireplace, full plantation shutters and stripped floorboards.

Further along the hall is the second sitting reception room which is currently used an office games room but can easily be reconfigured to suit.
