" We think this a superb detached home - beautifully finished with good attention to detail with the emphasis on stylish family living. The location is great - a very sought after residential road on the outskirts of Toddington yet within walking distance of the schools and the attractive village centre and facilities. Our vendors have radically changed the property, it has undergone a refurbishments over the past 5 years and has been extended. The accommodation includes a storm porch, lobby entrance hall and a good sized living & dining room. In our opinion the show stopper is the refitted luxury kitchen which now opens to an area to dine and a sitting/family room - set under a vaulted ceiling with glazed panels and bi-fold doors opening to the garden. It really does have to be seen!. Upstairs are four bedrooms and a stylish bathroom with a 4 piece suite. The garden makes for a nice place to relax and there is parking to the front with a garage. The position allows easy access to the lovely countryside surrounding for walks. Although there have been many improvements made, there are still possibilities to extend or adapt if needed.
