" This double fronted bungalow on Ashcroft Road really does offer versatile accommodation throughout. Currently being used as a three bedroom this could very easily be used as a four bedroom due to the size of the main reception room being some 29ft x 11'3. Accommodation currently comprises of entrance hallway with dining room/fourth bedroom to the left with a further bedroom to the right hand side. Beyond that there is a further door to the left where you will find the large reception room with french doors leading out to the rear garden. The smallest bedroom currently being used as an office space is perfectly big enough as a single room. The kitchen which is in good order throughout has a window overlooking the rear garden. Beyond the kitchen through an inner hallway there is a bathroom which has been refitted by the current owner. To the first floor via stairs accessed by the hallway you will find a master bedroom complete with fitted wardrobes throughout. Furthermore on the first floor there is a separate, spacious shower room. This could easily be converted, if required to a further bedroom with the upstairs offering plenty of space to factor in an ensuite. Luton Parkway station is approx 2.5 miles away and Lutons Mainline station is around 2 miles away. Both of these stations have direct access into St.Pancras station in 30-35 minutes. Directions ***FROM OUR OFFICE*** Turn right onto Hancock Drive. At the bottom of the road turn left onto Cromer Way. At the roundabout take the first exit Old Bedford Road. Continue on Old Bedford Road until you reach the cross junction with Stockingstone Road. Turn left onto Stockingstone road and continue until you are at the roundabout with Hitchin Road. Take the first exit onto Hitchin Road. At the roundabout turn right onto Vauxhall Way. At the next roundabout turn left onto Crawley Green Road. Then off of Crawley Green Road turn left onto Ashcroft Road. The property is situated on the right. "
