Briefly the property comprises entrance porch, reception hallway with parquet flooring which is carried through to the large sitting room, this has a feature fireplace surround and fitted gas fire. There are sliding doors opening into the conservatory/sun room, which overlooks the rear garden. Off the hallway is the cloakroom/wc and doorway to the boiler room/storage. Access to the study is via the boiler room. There is a Country Style kitchen with part tiled and parquet flooring. The kitchen has a range of base and eye level units, it also benefits an Aga and also has a central island with hob and second oven below. The dining room is split level off the kitchen.
