Upon entering the home there is an entrance hallway with cloakroom and entry to the split-level lounge/diner. The kitchen has recently been re-fitted with new units and the home also has a utility room. On the upper floor you'll find the four double bedrooms, en-suite to Mmaster and family bathroom. Available now for long term rental. Sorry the landlord does accept housing benefit tenancies at this property. Town and Country have an administration and reference fee of £200 for a single occupant or £150 per person for multiple tenants over 18 years of age. Guarantor fees are £25.00 for the first guarantor and £25 for each additional guarantor if required. Deposits are 1.5 times the monthly rental figure.
