" In need of extensive modernisation and upgrading this three bedroom semi will appeal to anyone keen on DIY who wants to renovate a home to their own standards and taste. Although already having uPVC DOUBLE GLAZING this property is in very poor condition - walls need replastering, the kitchen is virtually non-existent, the bathroom is straight out of Steptoe and Son. The decorations appear to be from the 1940's, as does the garage, which is more of an air-raid shelter. This will make a nice home; it's handy for local shops and buses into Leeds which is only two miles away and there are some good schools within walking distance - but you'll need somewhere else to live whilst you do this up!
