" This mature stone built SEMI DETACHED HOUSE is situated in a great location to access local amenities and schools in Pudsey and for easy commuting links via road and railway to Leeds and Bradford. The property is well presented and nicely decorated throughout, the property has a number of original features yet has been sympathetically updated over recent years and includes UPVC White DOUBLE GLAZED WINDOWS and GAS FIRED CENTRAL HEATING, which is serviced annually. The living accommodation comprises; ENTRANCE HALL with a composite entrance door and the original balustrade with wood spindles, Delph rack and Lincrusta wall covering, an internal arch doorway leads through to the kitchen/dining room and the door into the front living room.
