Our View

A double glazed front entrance door leads into the hallway which has a staircase to the first floor and provides plenty of space for hanging coats etc. From the hallway a door leads into the kitchen which is fitted with a stylish range of high gloss white units, with an inset sink unit, fitted oven, induction hob, dishwasher plumbing and a stable style rear entrance door. The living/dining room is an excellent size being over 22ft long and therefore large enough to accommodate a couple of sofas as well as a dining table and chairs. There is a double glazed window to the front and double glazed slide and tilt patio doors leading out to the rear garden. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and the family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are doubles and the third bedroom is a good size single. Bedroom one has a range of fitted wardrobes with sliding mirror doors and a large double glazed window which takes full advantage of the countryside views. The bathroom is fitted with an attractive and modern white three piece suite which includes a chrome heated towel rail and a shower fitting over the bath. Externally there is a lawned garden with borders to the front and a lovely enclosed rear garden with lawn and borders, two useful outside stores and a covered decked patio area. A gate from the rear garden leads to the on street parking area within the cul de sac.
