" A lovely detached cottage located in the village of Rothwell which lies 3 miles south east of Caistor and 9 miles north of Market Rasen, both of these being thriving market towns with local shops, schools and amenities. The village is located in the Lincolnshire Wolds and The Viking way is just two miles to the east. Rothwell has a medieval church and public house and is in the catchment area for Caistor Grammar School noted by OFSTED as outstanding.
