This property, which was built in 2019, is in the lovely village of Alvingham. It is not your standard ‘new build’. There are just 5 properties within the private development. Alvingham is a small community village,  just 10minutes from the Lincolnshire market town of Louth and all of it’s amenities. The property has been finished to a very high standard, with unique design features throughout.

Gas fired boiler - not mains - there is a tank in the grounds. Under floor heating ground floor, radiators upstairs. Wood burning stove in Lounge.
