Built between the 1920's and 1930's, this charming Semi Detached Cottage offers a comfortable and cosy living space with the added bonus of a beautifully maintained garden. The cottage, originally only 2 rooms, was extended in the 1960's with the entrance hall and kitchen added to the side of the property. The cottage is set on a large plot featuring at least 5 separate garden areas. The property still retains some original features and creates a unique charm all of its own. The well-presented accommodation briefly comprises; a cottage style kitchen which is fitted with cream base and wall units with a wood effect work surface, a red quarry tiled floor and an electric oven, hob and extractor fan. Behind the 2 sheds is another enclosed area suitable for keeping chickens (which includes a chicken house).  "
