" The property is within easy walking distance of the local post office/village store and primary school. The main A4080 allows for easy travel to the main A55 expressway, Holyhead and the mainland. This practical family sized house has a decent sized garden to the rear, off road parking and an attached garage. There are two open fireplaces to supplement the central heating should you wish and the kitchen is the process of being modernised with solid wood fronted units and wood block work surfaces. LOCATION The village of Aberffraw is a historic coastal village situated towards the south western side of the Isle of Anglesey. The village was once the most important place in Wales - from the 6th to the 13th Centuries, North Wales was ruled by the Royal Family of Gwynedd from here. It came to replace Deganwy as the most important of the Royal Courts. The golden age of Aberffraw was under Llywelyn Fawr ap Iorwerth (1173 - 1240), who was recognised as ruler of all Wales. The small estuary leads to a fantastic beach and the fabulous coast has a few surprises in store such as Llangwyfan (the church in the sea) just around the corner. The village has a post office/village store, a heritage centre and a primary school. Nearby Ty Croes has a fantastic racing circuit for enthusiastic motorsport fans whilst the surf at Rhosneigr is renowned amidst the surfing community.
