Location
Commanding a wonderful rural edge of village location approximately half a mile from Malltraeth village centre with it's Store/Chip shop and Joiners Arms public house. Malltraeth is a small village on the South West Coast of Anglesey and is situated on the banks of the River Cefni. It is well known for the Malltraeth Cob, which is a mile long embankment over which the Anglesey coast path runs as well as the 'Lon Las Cefni' cycle track. Cob 'pool' is a nature reserve and Cefni marsh is an RSPB reserve. Newborough forest and it's wonderful sandy beach is within approximately 2.5 miles, the village of Newborough (2 miles), Dwyran (5 miles), Brynsiencyn (7.5 miles) and Llanfairpwll and A55 (12 miles).

Directions
From Britannia Bridge/A55, turn off at Llanfairpwll onto the A5 (Holyhead Road). After passing the Marquess of Anglesey column, turn left onto the A4080 (Brynsiencyn Road), continue for approximately 12 miles passing through the villages of Brynsiencyn, Dwyran and Newborough. On approaching Malltraeth, turn immediately right after crossing over the River Cefni bridge. Viaduct Terrace is located along this narrow lane after approximately half a mile.
