A traditional stone built extended End Terrace House situated within the rural village of Talysarn, enjoying a pleasant south westerly aspect with distant mountain views from the front garden. The property exhibits a degree of character with thick walls and deep window sills whilst there's a generous garden located to the rear. There's the advantage of NO CHAIN, however extensive renovation will be required to make the house habitable and therefore should be taken on as a project and would make a fine investment. LOCATION Talysarn is a rural village situated mid-way between the village of Penygroes and the beautiful Nantlle valley, the location providing some spectacular scenery being close to the Snowdonia National Park, an area long associated with the slate industry. Access to Caernarfon, the main shopping town, is made easy with the excellent road networks and is only some 8 miles distant. At the roundabout by the Inigo Jones Slate Works, take the first exit for Penygroes and upon entering the village, turn left into County Road. Follow this road towards Talysarn and proceed to the 'T' junction. Turn left here and then immediately right onto Station Road/Bryncelyn Road and continue for approximately 350 yards turning left into Cavour Street where you will find the property located on your right hand side, the second house along.
