" Lying in a quiet cul de sac amidst beautiful rural surroundings a detached two storey 3 bedroom Finnish style log cabin with much character, being one of only nine similar designed properties situated in a secluded Valley just below Mynytho village, some 2 miles inland from the seaside village of Abersoch. The property was built some 30 years ago and has been in the same ownership since its construction, the building materials were imported from Finland of natural log and pine timberwork. The internal rooms have exposed pine work to all the walls and ceilings , very much providing a calm Scandinavian feel to the property, with a host of interesting features.
Only nine properties were built and a newly formed Braich Farm Management Company run solely by the residents themselves is being set up to manage and control the communal grounds, the service road and drainage system to the cul de sac. We understand the properties can be used throughout the year but cannot be occupied as a permanent residence and to retain the siteβ€˜s exclusivity NO holiday lettings.
The property has been maintained and improved to a meticulous standard with double glazed windows and electric heating to both floors. Upvc cladding has been installed to some of the external timber walls to protect the structure from inclement weather.
