" A particularly appealing and a deceptively spacious 4 bedroomed detached bungalow with extended accommodation lying in this popular and convenient cul de sac to the outskirts of Llanbedrog village, bordering open countryside. In 2005 the property was subject to a major upgrade with a large extension to the rear which provides an open plan living area with a comfortable lounge and spacious new dining kitchen with french doors opening onto a paved sun terrace and garden. The property now extends to some 1033 sq ft of internal floor area and the upgrade also included new upvc windows throughout, new oil fired central heating and a new en suite shower room to the master bedroom. Outside there are lawned gardens, and a driveway with parking for several vehicles which leads up to a garage.

Situation    Tyn y Pwll lies off Lon Pin which is the country road leading to Rhydyclafdy. The bungalow lies is a convenient position within a few hundred yards of the village and just under a mile from the beach which is in the lower part of Llanbedrog. The popular seaside village of Abersoch is 2.5 miles away, and the market town of Pwllheli is 4 miles distant.
