" An extremely well situated self contained 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in this substantial residence of four apartments, lying on Golf Road, a few hundred yards from the Abersoch Main Beach.

Penarwel was formerly a small privately run Hotel, but during the 1960s the property was converted into two ground floor and two first floor apartments, each with one parking space. This particular apartment provides a large front living room, two bedrooms and a rear kitchen and bathroom. New carpeting has recently been fitted to the living room, hallway and both bedrooms. Modern double glazing is installed and partial night storage heating.
The tenure is leasehold, a term of 999 years at ?1 per annum, commencing October 2015. Penarwel Management company has been formed wherby each flat owner becomes an equal shareholder for the responsibility of future maintenance of the main exterior and communal areas. A copy of the newly formed lease and the management company agreement maybe inspected at the agents Abersoch office.
