" Geufron is situated in the picturesque town of Barmouth at the mouth of the Mawddach estuary in an area of great scenic beauty on the fringes of The Snowdonia National Park. It has miles of sandy beaches stretching northward to the historic castled town of Harlech. The town is well supplied with shopping, educational and sporting facilities and is served by the Cambrian Coast railway with links to Shrewsbury, Chester, Birmingham and London.
