" Town and Country are delighted to introduce this much improved and modernised two bedroom detached cottage to the market benefitting from central heating and double glazed windows throughout. Occupying a a quiet position in the popular village of Garth which offers easy access to Wrexham, Oswestry and Llangollen. Take the Mold Road out of Wrexham. Proceed over the first roundabout then take the exit off onto the A483. Follow the road along and proceed before taking the exit off towards Ruabon. On reaching the roundabout turn right, proceed over the second roundabout and proceed over the third roundabout into Acrefair. Continue along through the village and into Trevor before turning right towards Garth. Follow the road up proceeding passed the school and just after the small development of bungalows on the left the access road to Tefgan wiill be observed on the left hand side.
