Tucked away in a cul-de-sac in the village of Rhostyllen., the house has a garden area to the rear and off-street parking. Tudor Court is with 0.25 miles of Rhostllen Infant and Junior School; the village also has a community run playgroup. Local facilities include a Co-Op convenience shop and Post Office.
