Built in 1997 is this attractive four bedroomed detached property on Kensington Close, in the popular residential district of Bersham. The property has been well maintained and appointed by the current owner, benefiting from double glazing and gas central heating and has a large conservatory to the rear garden and also a hot tub.
Bersham is approximately two miles from Wrexham town centre and even closer to a main junction of the North/South A483 by pass so ideal for the commuter.
Kensington Close is a small cul-de-sac of just eight similar property and backs onto woodland to the rear providing privacy.
