" A two bedroom house situated on the Goulbourne development; the area is very popular with families because it is in close proximity to Borras Park Junior School and Rhosnesni High School. The property has been re-decorated and new carpets fitted. A shower has been installed and kitchen appliances connected.

The house has Georgian style uPVC double glazed windows installed; it is heated from a central heating system delivering on demand hot water. The internal walls are painted cream and the internal doors and woodwork are gloss painted white.

ENTRANCE HALL
The front door opens into an entrance hall; stairs lead to the first floor accommodation.

LOUNGE
The focal point is a contemporary electric fire suit and fire surround. A biscuit colour carpet is fitted; the windows are dressed with vertical blinds and curtains.
