" A Victorian three bedroom semi-detached house situated on the fringe of Wrexham town centre; it has been redecorated and new carpets fitted. A good standard of kitchen is fitted; the bathroom has a shower and corner bath. The property is near Victoria Infant and Junior School.

The property is heated from a gas central heating and storage hot water system. The windows were double glazed prior to 2002. The property has been redecorated in neutral colours and brown carpets fitted to the living room, dining room, stairs, landing and bedrooms.

ENTRANCE HALL
The front door leads into the entrance hall: the entrance hall leads into the lounge, dining room; stairs lead to the bedrooms.

LOUNGE / DINING ROOM
