This is delightful period property, the main part dating back to early 1700. The house being an end mews cottage is situated down a private road on a large plot with various patio areas, plenty of parking, a lawned area, well stocked fish pond and detached single garage. To the front of the property is a river beyond which enjoys views over open fields. The rear of the house has raised banks with a wealth of shrubs and trees making it completely private.
Internally the property has a cottage feel with the lounge having open coal fireplace and exposed beam, a separate dining room, an extended modern kitchen, and upstairs three bedrooms, the main and another having views over countryside, and a family bathroom.
Abenbury Road is just off the main Whitchurch A525 to the South East of Wrexham and is ideal for the commuter of Whitchurch and also only a short distance to Wrexham town centre with its supply of shops, schools and local amenities.

Outside

At the top of Red Lion Cottages just off Abenbury Road is the quiet Red Lion country public house. Proceed on the private road along the row of cottages to the end which is number 6 and consequently having the largest garden. Here, enclosed by various mature trees and shrubs and bounded by the river is a larger plot incorporating various parking areas, a lawn, two patios, a well stocked fish pond and detached single garage. This wide sizeable area is bounded by a mass of mature shrubs, trees and river. Immediately to the side of the property, which is the main entrance is an enclosed area accessed by a wrought iron gate.
