" A three bedroom family home in a popular residential area. It has a fitted kitchen complete with appliances, fitted wardrobes cloakroom and en-suite shower room. The property has a single garage and driveway that will accommodate two cars and a garden suitable to a family. Goodwick Drive is lessthan 1ยฝ miles from Wrexham town centre.

SPECIFICATION
The internal specification includes: gas fired central heating system; uPVC double glazed windows; floor coverings to all rooms: soft floor covering to kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom, laminate flooring to lounge and carpets to hall, stairs and bedrooms; curtain poles, curtains or window blinds; fixed mirrors to bathrooms and cloakroom.

A part glazed uPVC door leads into the entrance hall. Off the hall is the cloakroom.
