" Big, Spacious, Bright, Versatile, Extended are all adjectives that spring to mind when describing this detached house. Of course, I could have gone on to mention Location, Pristine and Comfortable........Oh I just did! Anyway, you get the drift and in all seriousness, this is a BIG house and the current owner has fastidiously polished it, beyond being clean, if indeed that is possible. However, there is still scope for further improvement in order to achieve its full potential, although without doubt, this will not affect your comfort of living here in the meantime. The location is fantastic; you literally step out of your back garden, through a gate, right onto the tow path of the river Dee. From here, there are views towards St Dunawd Church. It is literally within walking distance of the village amenities. These include shops, pub, doctors, dentists, childrens play park, a bowling green, two hairdressers, Dunawd Primary School, to name but a few. The village is of course well known for its racecourse and it provides swift road links into larger centres including Wrexham, Chester and Whitchurch. Internally, the spacious entrance hall immediately creates a favourable impression, complete with its (highly) polished open tread staircase. The L-shaped lounge is also a large room and this leads directly into the dining room. The kitchen/breakfast room is also open plan, although essentially divided into 2 rooms, the kitchen itself having gleaming fitted appliances. Upstairs, all four bedrooms may safely be described as 'doubles' and the bathroom has a white suite. Outside, the large gardens are laid to lawn, there is a single garage and ample off-road parking in the driveway. In summary, an internal inspection of this comfortable family home is strongly recommended.
