" If your idea of heaven is sitting on a balcony with a glass of wine in hand and looking out over open countryside, this very well presented modern detached house may well be the one for you! Occupying a small, select cul-de-sac, this lovely detached house has easily managed gardens with gravel beds and landscaped features (including a waterfall and ornamental pond in the rear garden) and an internal inspection is most strongly recommended. Ideally suited for families, most of the rooms have been recently re-decorated by the current owners. The impressive reception hall immediately conveys a feeling of spaciousness, which prevails throughout. There are three downstairs reception rooms, including a comfortable lounge with feature fireplace and french double doors leading to the rear garden. Multi-paned doors from the hall lead to the separate dining room and in addition, there is a spacious study. Even the good sized downstairs loo has been refitted and re-decorated. However, what really takes your breath away is the refitted breakfast kitchen with its contemporary units and fitted appliances. Upstairs, all four bedrooms may safely be described as 'doubles', two having mirror sliding door wardrobes and the master bedroom has a refitted en-suite shower room and french doors leading onto the BALCONY which takes full advantage of the views over the rear garden with open fields beyond. All windows have been replaced with uPVC double glazed units and thus ensuring that there is minimum maintenance required. Outside, there is off-road parking in the driveway, along with a detached double garage. Worthenbury is a highly sought after village on the Welsh/Cheshire border and it is well placed for travel by car into Wrexham and Chester.
