" Situated in the sought after village of Marford: a three bedroom bungalow with single garage. The bungalow has a conservatory, new fitted bathroom and modern kitchen. A red block pattern imprinted concrete driveway has been laid. Marford is on the Chester Road from Wrexham, midway between the villages of Gresford and Rossett.

The bungalow has uPVC double glazed windows and doors; central heating and hot water is delivered from a gas fired combination boiler. The internal specification includes oak panel Canterbury style internal doors, white gloss painted skirting and architraves.

ENTRANCE HALL
The original polished wood block parquet floor tiles enhance the appearance of the entrance hall; a cupboard is useful for putting shoes and hanging coats in.

LIVING ROOM
Emulsion painted chalk white with fawn twist carpet fitted: the living room has a coal effect gas fire inset into a brick fireplace with terracotta tile hearth. A sliding patio door opens to a conservatory built off the lounge.
