" A four bedroom detached house with double garage, situated on an executive development in a semi-rural environment in the village of Rossett. The property has recently been re-decorated and fitted with new kitchen, bathroom and floor coverings. Rossett is 6 miles from Wrexham and 8 miles from Chester with convenient access to the A483 carriageway with onward connection to Manchester and Liverpool.

The internal specification includes a gas fired central heating system with on-demand hot water system delivered from a combination boiler; uPVC double glazed windows; floor coverings to all rooms with soft floor covering to kitchen and bathroom, laminate board floor to the lounge, dining room and hallway, carpets to bedrooms.
