" In a quiet area of Wrexham, a stone built two bedroom semi-detached property which will appeal to a small family or couple. Modern decor, spacious kitchen, enclosed back garden and double bedrooms make this property very appealing.

The property specification consists of carpets, window blinds and neutral decoration to all rooms, two double bedrooms and study/dressing room, free standing oven to the kitchen, and electric shower over bath.

ENTRANCE HALL
The front door is away from the street; steps lead down from the street to the front of the property. The front door opens into the hallway.

LIVING ROOM
The decorative feature wall with inset electric fire, marble fire surround and cream coloured mantle draws your attention. Decoration consists of magnolia emulsion painted walls, carpet, curtains and wall mounted down-lighters. The window looks out over the back garden.

KITCHEN
The spacious kitchen is fitted with a large, free standing stainless steel gas oven and hob; there is space under the work-surface for a washing machine and fridge/freezer. Roller blinds to the windows are included; the room is decorated with pale red emulsion paint and blue and yellow wall tiles. There are a range of wall and base units which are timber fronted with speckled work surface. There is a small breakfast bar with two tall chairs.

BATHROOM
