" Located on the desirable Mountain View estate in Brymbo, a three storey mews house with open views over the surrounding fields. This modern home has three bedrooms, private parking and an enclosed rear garden. The internal space has been used efficiently to comprise a living room and kitchen with space for a small dining table on the ground floor, family bathroom and two bedrooms to the first floor, large double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite to the top floor.

Mountain View is conveniently placed, situated less than 3 miles from Wrexham Town Centre and less than 1.5 miles to the A483 to Oswestry and Chester. Only a short distance away are a range of amenities and services which include Tan y Fron Primary School, Morrison's and Aldi supermarkets.
The property benefits from being fully uPVC double glazed, cavity and loft insulated. The central heating system is powered by a wall mounted 'Ideal' gas combi-boiler.
