" A four bedroom detached house with conservatory and single garage; the property has the benefit of a cloakroom and en-suite shower. Constructed by Redrow on the Pentre Bach development, the house is near the Maelor hospital and within ยฝ mile of Clwedog High School and the new Morrisons Supermarket.

The property is heated from a gas fired central heating and storage hot water system; it is uPVC double glazed. A new vinyl flooring has been fitted on the ground floor. Stairs, landing and the bedrooms are fitted with brand new grey carpet. The property benefits from brand new decoration. Vertical window blinds are fitted in the lounge, conservatory and bedrooms; decorative light fittings in the lounge, dining area and bedrooms. The internal four panel doors, skirting and architrave are gloss painted white.

ENTRANCE HALL
