" Set in the semi-rural and scenic village of Llandegla, this four bedroom detached bungalow requires modernising but has the potential to be a beautiful home. This property boasts mature and generous surrounding gardens, driveway parking and double garage externally; four bedrooms, family bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room inside.

Llandegla is a village in the upper valley of the River Alyn just of the A525 between Ruthin and Wrexham. Natural features in the area include the Clwydian Range, Llandegla Forest and the Horseshoe Pass. Llandegla has a mountain bike centre located in the forest. The village is 8 miles from Ruthin, 10 from Wrexham and 18 miles from Chester.
