Situated less than a mile from Wrexham town centre, Albany Terrace is a row of several Victorian terraced properties tucked away behind properties on Rhosddu Road. A two bedroom mid-terrace with a modern style kitchen and bathroom, alterations to the interior have created two open living spaces.

The owner of this house has made several subtle but very effective changes to this property that have given it a distinctive character, making it different to other terraced properties you may view. The property is heated from a gas fired combination boiler providing on-demand hot water. uPVC windows and doors have been installed. The interior woodwork and six panel interior doors are gloss painted white. The loft has been insulated to the recommended depth. Wardrobes and a television unit have been fitted in the first bedroom; the bathroom has bath and shower facilities.
