" Harrison Murray have the pleasure in marketing this three bedroom semi which does require some internal modernisation. The property has gas central heating and double glazing and benefits from being extended to the rear. The property is close to local amenities and the city centre. Entry to the property is through the porch into the entrance hallway which has a wooden laminate floor, under stairs storage cupboard and staircase rising to the first floor. To the front is a block paved driveway with off road parking for one car.
