" In the sought after location of Aylestone this traditional bay fronted semi detached home was built in 1926 and still retains many of the original features. It is now ready for someone to make it their own. The covered porch area has tiled floor and the front door leads into the spacious entrance hall, where you are greeted with stairs rising to the first floor with solid wood flooring and doors to the downstairs accommodation. The lounge area has a bay leaded window to the front aspect allowing the natural light to flood in, a continuation of the solid wood flooring, picture rail and coving and an open brick built fireplace making it the perfect place for relaxing. Through the arch the dining area has room for a table and chairs for family meals and entertaining, a further open fireplace with feature surround and window providing views over the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with wall and base units, stainless steel sink drainer with mixer tap, plumbing for a washing machine, built in gas hob with electric oven and extractor hood over. There is a window to rear and a sizeable walk in pantry. A door to the side leads to the enclosed storage area which has access to the rear garden and in to the garage.
